At Bimbo's Pizza, every pie gets handled with the respect we'd give to feeding our own family. We're on Market Street in Paterson, and our menu is built around a Dominican-Italian fusion you won't find anywhere else... specialty pies like our Chimi pizza, our Tres Golpes topped with salami, fried cheese, and eggs, our 7 Carnes loaded with seven different meats, and our Rabo Encendio with homemade oxtail and hot honey. Alongside those, our classic cheese slice holds its own and our BBQ wings come out crispy and golden with homemade sauce every time. We also serve authentic Dominican antojitos like yaroa, patacon, rakitaki, and canasticas because our roots show up in everything we make. As Jeff S. shared, "This is probably the best pizzeria in Paterson. The chimi slice was crazy good." We welcome every customer like family and Randy personally checks on every order to make sure it's fresh and right. We show up every day because this neighborhood is our home, not just our business.
